New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is asking public assistance in finding high risk missing person John.
John may appear confused and was last seen in the 300 block of Alberta St around 11:00 am today. John is believed to be wearing the same stripe shirt in the photo below and is not dressed for the current weather conditions.
John is described as a 65 year old male, 6’3 tall, with a slim build, brown/grey short hair, blue eyes, brown stubble, possibly wearing glasses, wearing a blue/grey/brown stripe shirt, blue jeans, and black puma brand sneakers.
John is an avid walker, and police are asking the public to check yards, sheds, garages, and outbuildings as he may be looking for a covered place for the night. He is known to frequent New Westminster, Burnaby, and Coquitlam.
“As time goes by we are growing increasingly concerned for John’s safety” stated Sergeant Andrew Leaver. “We are facing a very cold night, putting John at great risk”.
